REVOL Mix for COMPONENTS in COMPACT / EXPANDED MATERIALS
These rotary tables are incredibly versatile and they are suitable for the production of almoust any kind of product. Thanks to the use of foaming machine in either low or high pressure, such plant are perfect to work not only with integral and flexible foam, but also rigid expanded or compact materials.
These systems may be fully customized by choosing between:
- Various levels of automation.
- Different dimensions of rotary tables.
- Mould-holders of different sizes.
- Coupling with anthropomorphic robots or pouring trolleys with controlled axes, in order to distribute / inject / apply Polyurethane materials, release agent and paints directly on the moulds.
