speed.<\/li><li>Automatic dislodgement and extraction of the fabric \/ material after the thermoforming phase.<\/li><li>Brushless motors and drives for both the chains and all conveyor belts.<\/li><li>2 types of presses (room for either 2 or 4 pairs) with parallel closing movement (from 35 Tons up to 60 Tons) over a base with dimensions 600 x 300 mm or 670 x 670 mm.<\/li><li>Adjustable height between the plates and closing stroke over the rod of the central hydraulic (oil) cylinder.<\/li><li>General control board comprising an operating panel and a PLC with a dedicated software to handle all the relevant settings for the thermoforming operations.<\/li><li>Double-chamber tunnel to pre-heat the material (from min. 0\u00b0C up to max. 190\u00b0C).<\/li><li>Completely adjustable temperature regulation for the whole machine (max. 220\u00b0C).<\/li><li>Highly insulating sheets placed both above and below the mould\u2019s
