This layer of gel is often necessary to increase comfort, insulation and colling capacity.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This application of the elastomeric gel can be performed:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Via pouring inside vacuum-sealed film, which can be attached both to the lower and upper plates of mould-holders and which can be activated using infrared lamps.<\/li><li>Via direct spraying over finished pieces. This is possible thanks to anthropomorphic 6-axis robots, which are integrated with the rest of the plant and fully controlled via software. Such devices can be equipped with either a mixing head or any other suitable end-of-arm tool.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>This is surely one of the most advanced of PU MIX systems in terms of automation. Still, everything has been designed for the sole purpose of optimizing production.
