These are plant designed and customized for the automatic coating of rolls and hoses via cold casting. The finished products are mainly used in the printing and painting / coating sectors. Moreover, said articles can be realized in various densities and hardness, using materials both compact and expanded, and using special supports as bases, like fiberglass and carbon fiber.

Each one of our Ribbon Flow systems includes:

A mobile dosing machine for polyurethane materials (from 2 up to 4 components and up to 4 additives, colours or catalysts connected directly to the mixing head), that may be placed or installed on guides and rail tracks.
As an alternative, a static casting machine together with a lathe synchronized with a mobile 4-axis turret to move the mixing head.

It does not matter whether the whole machine or just the mixing head moves. The important thing is that the PU materials are cast directly on top of the base pieces while they are rotating, in order to reduce drastically any waste of materials. Furthermore, using this production method, no moulds are needed and it is not necessary to spend any money to stock them. Not to mention that it is also possible to cut down long processing times and other maintenance costs.

Clients may fully adjust at their own discretion:

Pouring flow rates, the thickness of each layer and the length to coat of the base piece.
The hardness of the product, by setting up a certain recipe for each specific type of product.
Height, depth, inclination and lengthwise advance of the mixing head.

Finally, it is also possible to enhance our Ribbon Flow plant by selecting optional upgrades, like high pressure mixing heads and casting machines or even a multi-stream pouring systems. We also offer customized configurations devised specifically to meet your individual requirements.

These are pouring machines for multi-component Polyurethane Elastomer systems, MDI / TDI Polyether or Polyester. They are available for both low and high pressure. The size of these systems may vary between S / M / L, depending on the dimensions of the materials’ tanks.

All our Elastomix are highly customizable and share the following features:

Number of components and colours adjustable according to the needs of each client.
Independent cabinets for each component, with a hot-air forced recirculation system.
Stainless steel tanks equipped to homogenize and heat quickly the various component (electric and/or hydraulic heating system).
Thermal insulation thanks to mineral wool panels.
Temperatures for the whole machine are completely controllable and adjustable.
High-accuracy gear dosing pumps.
Effective vauum system to ensure that no air bubble is left both during mixing and during the preparation of the process materials.
Dynamic mixing head mounted on a fixed arm or on a different pouring device.
Automatic washing system after pouring.
General control board comprising an operating panel and a PLC with a dedicated software.

All PU MIX casting machines can be used to process the vast majority of the PU chemical products on the market, by working in a temperature range between 20°C and up to 150°C.

Even though they can be divided between low and high temperatures depending on the catalyst used, all our machines have a compact design, which does inhibit either performance nor high flow rates.

Our Elastomix for Polyurethane elastomers are designed to be easy to use and maintain Moreover, with three different models, they prove to be also readily adaptable to any sector or production need.
