Plant to produce products of reduced sizes (maximum 350 x 550 mm).

It is made up of the following elements:

• 1 rotary table with 24 stations.
• 2 pouring robots.
• 1 robot for with a double function (application of release agent and spraying of Polyurethane painting directly over moulds).
• Lamps to thermoform TPU film previously vacuumed.
• 1 robot for multilayer casting of gel, elastomer, microcellular material and foam.

This type of system is ideal for producing: gel or foam insoles; heel pads; orthopedic articles; items specific for the health sector; furniture parts; detailed articles for automotive vehicles; arm rests; small fenders bumpers; recoil pads; and much more.
