Plant for the production of various components in elastomeric polyurethane

This plant has been designed to produce medium-to-large articles in elastomeric Polyurethane.

It consists of a rotary table with 16 stations and features services such as:

• Mould heating.
• Mould opening/closing system.
• Robot for applying release agents over moulds positioned in dedicated booth with suction.
• 2 casting robots to pour layers with different hardness.

The extraction area could also be equipped with a robot for the automatic extraction of the finished parts.

The dimensions of such systems vary according to the final products and the necessary maturation time. Everything is customized according to each client’s production needs.

Some examples of products that can be realized with this machine are: large wheels; pigs, fenders; mining mesh-panels; conical rollers; bumpers and bollards.
